
MERCED and STANISLAUS COUNTIES, CA (YSBC) – The Faith Christian Lions and the Colusa RedHawks girls’ volleyball teams travel south to compete in the CIF NorCal Divisions V and VI Regional Finals tonight.
Faith Christian heads to Modesto and takes on the Big Valley Christian Lions in a rematch of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division VI finals from a couple weeks ago.
BVC swept FC in straight sets, but Faith Christian has rebounded and been on a rampage since they began the NorCal regionals.

Faith Christian swept Anderson Valley in the opening round of the NorCal playoffs and dominated their semifinal matchup against the 2024 NorCal Division VI champions, St. Vincent de Paul.

The RedHawks knocked out a 35-win West Campus team in the quarterfinals and brought the brooms once again for their home finale of 2025.
Colusa won their semifinal matchup against familiar faces as they took a five-set thriller at Sutter last weekend and let the emotions run wild.
The RedHawks take on Hilmar tonight, who won the Division IV NorCal Championship last year.
Colusa is the last team in the Northern Section standing.
